By creating a profile on TamilThunai, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. We may update these terms from time to time and will notify registered members of significant changes.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use TamilThunai. By registering, you confirm that you are legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.
3. Account Responsibility

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: post false or misleading information, harass or disrespect other members, use the platform for commercial solicitation, attempt to circumvent our safety measures, or engage in any unlawful activity. Violations may result in immediate account termination.
5. Profile Content
You are solely responsible for the content you publish on your profile. By submitting content, you grant TamilThunai a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content to other authenticated members for the purpose of facilitating connections on the platform.
6. Privacy
Your use of TamilThunai is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We encourage you to read it carefully to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time via your account settings. TamilThunai reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, your profile and associated data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimer
TamilThunai does not guarantee that you will find a partner through the platform. We do not conduct criminal background checks on members. While we take reasonable steps to maintain a safe environment, you use the platform at your own risk and should exercise caution when communicating with strangers.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TamilThunai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, to use the service in the three months prior to the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of TamilThunai shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.
